Our story begins on the family farm nestled in the rolling hills of south-eastern Washington. A centennial farm in existence since 1869 where our family has grown soft white wheat for over 130 years. Combining these years of farming experience, with nutritional know-how, we have developed products and recipes that use the whole grain wheat berry in a wide variety of ways.
