We grow and sell gourmet wheat products on our family farm in Waitsburg, WA. The farm has been in the family since 1869. L&B Kitchens specializes in products and recipes using the whole grain wheat berry.

Wheat berries (also called kernels) are the world’s original food staple and can be used in a wide variety of ways. Add these wholesome grain kernels to chili, soup, salads, and desserts. We are proud to offer products that we plant, harvest, and package ourselves.
